Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and applies to all paid Services from AIFindMyBusiness, LLC ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company").

Tier-Specific Refund Terms

AI Visibility Audit — $400 (one-time)

Refundable: A 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment, regardless of whether work has begun. We typically begin audit work within 24 hours of payment, and after that point the audit cannot be undone.

Not refundable: No refund is issued more than 24 hours after payment, including if you change your mind, cancel before delivery, or are dissatisfied with the audit findings.

Advisory Plan — Quarterly ($950 per quarter)

Cancel anytime: You may cancel future quarters at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current quarter; you will not be charged again.

Not refundable: Once a quarterly billing cycle has been paid, no refund is issued for the current quarter, including if you cancel mid-quarter.

Advisory Plan — Monthly ($349 per month + $400 setup fee)

Setup fee: The $400 setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. If you cancel before any onboarding work has occurred (typically within 1 business day of signing up), the setup fee may be refunded at our sole discretion.

Cancel anytime: You may cancel future months at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Not refundable: No refund is issued for any month already paid, including the first month, regardless of when in the month you cancel.

Done-With-You Plan — $1,600 per month

Cancel anytime: You may cancel future months at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Not refundable: No refund is issued for any month already paid, including the first month, regardless of when in the month you cancel.

Done-For-You Plan — Custom Pricing

Refund terms for Done-For-You engagements are governed by the per-engagement contract signed at the start of the engagement. There is no standard refund policy for Done-For-You.

Exceptions: Refunds Required by Failure or Law

Notwithstanding the standard refund terms above, we will issue a refund where:

  • We fail to deliver a Service that you paid for and the failure is not caused by you (e.g., we never deliver the audit report)
  • We materially breach our agreement with you and do not cure within fifteen (15) days of written notice
  • A duplicate charge or other billing error has occurred
  • You are the victim of fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method, as documented through your payment provider
  • A refund is required by applicable law (including state automatic-renewal laws, federal consumer protection law, or your card-network or bank rules)

To request a refund under this section, email [email protected] with a brief description of the circumstances. We will respond within five (5) business days.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To request a refund (eligible only for the AI Visibility Audit within 24 hours, or under the Exceptions section above):

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request — [Your Business Name]". Include your payment confirmation number. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

To cancel a subscription (Advisory or Done-With-You):

You may cancel using any of the following methods:

  • Reply to any billing or service email from us with "cancel" in the body
  • Email [email protected] with the subject "Cancel subscription — [Your Business Name]"
  • Stripe customer portal — if available, through the customer-portal link in your billing email
  • For California residents and others in jurisdictions whose law requires it, by submitting a cancellation request through any reasonable means

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (quarter for quarterly Advisory; month for monthly Advisory and Done-With-You). You will continue to receive Services through the end of the period you have paid for.

We do not require a reason for cancellation, and we will not impose obstacles beyond what is needed to verify your identity and intent.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly prefer resolving any concern directly. If you have a billing question or are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, please email [email protected] first — we will respond promptly and work in good faith to resolve any reasonable concern.

If, despite that, you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the engagement until the dispute is resolved
  • Withhold any unpaid deliverables
  • Pursue collection of any amounts validly owed under our agreement, including reasonable costs and attorneys' fees actually incurred

We do not report chargebacks to credit-reporting agencies. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law or under your card network's rules.

Promotional Pricing and Free Audits

From time to time we may offer free or discounted audits in exchange for case-study participation, testimonials, or feedback. These engagements are not subject to a refund (since no payment was made) but may be terminated by either party at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to engagements purchased after the revised "Last updated" date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
