You have seen this pattern on LinkedIn. A post promises AI skills to fix your SDR outreach. To get them, you reply with a keyword. A link lands in your inbox, and the link sells you something. The skills were never the point. Your engagement was.
We think we deserve better, so here is our attempt at a different approach.
We built the Independent SDR Skill Pack, a set of 31 skills for sales-development work, and we're giving the pack away under the MIT License. No keyword to reply with. No email gate. No cash. Go to the link above, read the guide, and download the zip file. That's the whole process.
A skill is a set of written instructions your AI assistant loads when a task calls for one. Each skill in this pack gives your assistant a defined job, the inputs the job needs, a step-by-step workflow, a stable output format, and guardrails. Instead of prompting from scratch every time, you hand your assistant a proven process, and the assistant follows the same steps on every run.
The pack works with most modern AI assistants, including Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, and ChatGPT where the Skills interface is enabled. The included guide walks through installation on each platform.
The 31 skills cover the full SDR workflow in five stages.
Foundation skills define your offer, your ideal customer profile, your buyer personas, your qualification rules, and your writing voice.
Research skills source candidate accounts, scan for dated account signals, research market trends, build account dossiers, map contacts, and score intent on eligible records.
Messaging skills write openers, design bounded outreach sequences, draft follow-ups, adapt copy for email, LinkedIn, phone, or voicemail, and run a final send-readiness review that returns PASS or BLOCK.
Reply and meeting skills classify prospect responses, draft objection responses, qualify meetings, prepare booking copy, and recover a missed meeting with one respectful attempt.
Pipeline skills draft CRM notes, prepare sales handoffs, report pipeline state, audit sequences and experiments, and check data hygiene.
Plenty of tools market an "AI SDR employee" who hunts signals, scores leads, and books meetings on autopilot. This pack covers those same specialist ideas as reviewable workflows instead of fictional employees.
Every skill produces review-only output. Nothing sends a message, updates a CRM, or reserves calendar time. A human reviews every draft and approves every external action.
We believe that boundary is a feature because your reputation rides on every message your team sends.
Moats matter today. Engagement bait builds a follower count, not a moat. Value builds a moat.
When you download these skills, use them, and book more meetings because of them, you remember who handed you the tools. We'd rather earn that trust than collect replies.

Claude Code and Codex users copy the skill folders into a skills directory. Claude, Cowork, and ChatGPT users upload individual skill zips through the Skills settings.
